WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Financial Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of more complex financial analysis projects.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Conducting in-depth financial and expense performance analyses to evaluate the company's financial health.
Calculating rates of return and depreciation to guide investment decisions.
Monitoring working capital to ensure optimal financial operations.
Analyzing and providing insights for forward-looking financial and business-related projects.
Preparing forecasts and trend analyses related to sales, financial performance, and general business conditions.
Identifying financial trends and developments, and presenting findings to senior management for informed decision-making.
Ability to analyze, manipulate, and visually represent data trends.
Collaborating with other departments to gather and analyze data, ensuring accurate and comprehensive financial reporting.
Creating and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track and communicate financial performance.
Performing financial forecasting to support strategic planning and maintain liquidity.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field 4
years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, with a focus on complex financial projects Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools Strong Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis and interpretation skills Proficiency in using financial software and systems WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
Master's degree or relevant certification Self-starter with strong communication skills (verbal & written) Experience with the following programs:
Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Tableau OUR ENVIRONMENT:
This position is located primarily in your professional home office with travel required to both of our HQ facilities as well as customer locations.
This position will require walking, sitting, standing, and computer use.
As some travel is required to production environments, the use of PPE may be required.
